The TV screen doubles as a computer monitor with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

An updated, well-equipped gourmet kitchen/dining room awaits you with the following amenities:
• bi-fuel stove (3 gas, 1 electric burner) with electric oven
• large European style refrigerator

• A large table easily seats eight with 2 additional leaves to accommodate bigger groups. Sunlight from two tall windows, a high, wood beamed ceiling and walls of rock and brick create an irresistible and inviting entertainment space.

Two equal master bedrooms and bath comprise the 2nd floor. The front bedroom boasts a large linen closet stocked with plenty of luxury towels, duvets and linens. It also has a comfy huge bed, side tables and lamps, dresser and armoire. Double pane windows block any minor street noise. Both large bedrooms have reversible air-conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable all year round.

The ground floor has the entry hall, garage, individual locking storage for each owners personal items (or wine), the laundry area, the den with hide-a-bed (clic-clac) coffee table, dresser and bookcase. An armoire with storage for linens and hanging clothing sits in the garage. There is also storage here for the gas bar-b-que as well as the exit to the patio with table and chairs for relaxing.

Notre Maison’s usage plan is 2 rotating two week periods per year which are tradable both with other owners and through a complementary membership in www.FractionalExchange.com. The ownership design and operating documents are by D. Andrew Sirkin Esq. probably the most experienced lawyer in dealing with Fractional Ownership design especially the complex requirements of French property law.

There is a “try before you buy” option where 1 week’s rent can be deducted from the purchase price.
